Practise interviews, presentations and group discussion with other learners — between tutor sessions, as often as you like.
The cheapest way to get better is reps
Tutor time is limited and valuable. Peer practice is not — and for performance skills, volume of practice matters as much as quality of feedback.
Peer groups give you a standing slot with other learners working on the same module, with the same prompts and review structure your tutor uses.
What groups run
Same structure as the Practice Lab, with peers instead of a tutor.
Mock interviews
Take turns as interviewer and candidate, using role-relevant question sets.
Presentation practice
Deliver to a brief and a timer, with structured peer review afterwards.
Group discussion
Practise turn-taking, disagreeing well and building on other people's points.
Written peer review
Swap reports and emails and mark them against the same industry criteria.
Get into a group
Peer groups are open to anyone enrolled on an Employability Edge module.
